O absenteísmo é uma medida que visa evitar a propagação de patologias transmissíveis, assim como pode ser causado por um mal-estar ou uma doença grave. Esse afastamento do trabalho prejudica o andamento de serviços fundamentais aos cidadãos e sobrecarrega o erário público em decorrência da lacuna deixada pela ausência de prestação do serviço ou em virtude das despesas com reabilitação do funcionário. Reconhecendo que o adoecimento do servidor onera o tesouro do Distrito Federal (DF) e atrapalha o serviço prestado à população, a Dr.ª Ana Paula Delgado de Lima, desde que assumiu a Subsecretaria da SUBSAUDE/SAGA/Secretaria de Estado Economia do DF, tem como objetivo principal, com o apoio do Governo, por meio do Secretário de Estado de Economia, adotar ações que visam melhorar a qualidade de vida do servidor em seu setor adotando medidas preventivas, o que vem reduzindo de forma significativa o absenteísmo-doença do DF. Este é o objetivo deste pôster, que demonstra o comparativo do 1.º quadrimestre do ano de 2018 e do 1.º quadrimestre do ano de 2019. Para análise desses dados, foram utilizadas planilhas eletrônicas no software da Microsoft Excel, a partir dos dados secundários obtidos pelo Sistema Único de Gestão de Recursos Humanos (SIGRH), extraídos em parceria com a Subsecretaria de Tecnologia da Informação (SUTIC), do período relativo de janeiro a abril dos anos de 2018 e 2019. O público-alvo foram os servidores estatutários ativos sob responsabilidade pericial da SUBSAUDE, que perfazem um total de 84.110. Destes, 36.397 homologaram Licenças para Tratamento da própria Saúde (LTS) no primeiro quadrimestre (janeiro a abril) do ano de 2018 e 35.898 do ano de 2019. Tem-se ainda por objetivo mostrar que ações preventivas, educativas e de promoção à saúde realizadas no ambiente laboral reduziram os riscos físicos e psicossociais. Como resultado, evitou-se o afastamento dos servidores por 12.110 dias, gerando a uma economia de R$ 1.765.429,00 ao Tesouro do DF, quando comparado com o mesmo período do ano de 2018. Ante o exposto, conclui-se que investir em prevenção e qualidade de vida do servidor in loco e a realização de perícias médicas com eficiência e temporalidade adequadas evitam a interrupção da prestação de serviço ao cidadão, diminuem os riscos físicos e psicossociais e reduzem as despesas para o Governo do Distrito Federal.
