DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DURING THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19
The increase in cases of violence may be explained by changes in family dynamics due to social isolation. The objective od this study is to analyze whether the pandemic impacted the number of cases of domestic violence through a review of existing literature.
SOCIAL ISOLATION DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ITS IMPACTS IN VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN
In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social isolation acted as an agent to boost the rates related to domestic and family violence against women, considering the increase of some worrying indicators about domestic violence. OBJECTIVES: To expose Brazilian data about this issue, in view of the aggravation of this type of violence. METHODOLOGY: Bibliographic and documental.
TELEMEDICINE APPLIED IN MEDICAL EXPERTISE: ETHICAL-LEGAL AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS ON THE PRODUCTION OF EXPERIMENTAL PROOF DURING THE SARS-CoV2 / COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
The study aims to analyze the ethical, legal and technical feasibility of expert evidence using telemedicine resources while the crisis caused by the Covid19 pandemic continues. With regard to the methods of approach used for the preparation of the article, this is a retrospective study on the use of telemedicine.
