DOCUMENTARY EVALUATION PROPOSAL IN FORENSIC MEDICINE
The proposal of this work is to present a new methodological categorization in the scientific assessment of medical expert documents. The evolution of the work resulted in the creation of categories of medical expert thinking that contemplate the scientific rigor and, therefore, demonstrative and necessary for the effective and adequate exercise of this professional activity that is the Expert Medicine.
DIVERGENT DECISIONS REACHED BY SOCIAL SECURITY MEDICAL EVALUATORS AND OCUPATIONAL EXPERT PHYSICIANS
Controversies are generated when the Social Security medical examiner and an occupational physician reach divergent conclusions regarding the ability of a worker to return to his duties, often causing serious damage to the worker. In such cases the employee seeks the judiciary to resolve the dispute involving medical issues and labor and social security laws.
We performed a retrospective analysis of 25 judicial evaluations in suits against the National Social Security Institute (INSS ) held in April 2010 in Santa Isabel Forum – São Paulo.
EXPERT EVALUATION: AUXILLIARY ELEMENT IN THE FOUNDATION OF SPECIAL JUSTICE DECISIONS
The present study aims to diminish the inexistence of a referential regarding the expert testimony in the legal process in the one Special Justice metier, the JMU. The study is presented as a descriptive, transversal and documentary. Following the bioethical regulations a sample of 136 legal process were established that should contain expert testimony.

ICD ON MEDICAL REPORTS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN MEDICAL EVALUATIONS BY THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SECURITY
The author presents original data gathered from medical evaluation reports registered at the Unified System of Benefit Information (SUIBE) in Recife, Brazil, between 2011 and 2015. The most common ICD codes and groups are identified, along with their frequency, and the importance of using standardized codes in medical evaluation by Social Security experts is reinforced.
CONSOLIDATION OF FRACTURES IN MEDICAL EXPERT PRACTICE
In this study, the authors have carried out a literature survey on the subject of bone fracture to introduce non-expert in Orthopedics to these concepts. We discuss the types of bone healing, which may be primary or secondary, methods of fracture stabilization- relative or absolute-, factors that interfere in bone consolidation and one of the main complications, pseudoarthrosis. The goal of this study is to enable experts to identify the moment of consolidation of the fracture or the absence of it, in order to better assist justice within its expert practice.
